- How do I book an appointment?
- You can book online in a few steps: choose your service, pick an available date and time, and pay the deposit to confirm. You'll receive a confirmation email once payment is processed.
- Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
- Yes. A deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is shown on each service before you confirm, and it goes towards the total cost of your treatment.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Payments are processed securely online through Paystack. All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS). We do not store your card details.
- Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
- Bookings are non-refundable, but you can request to postpone your appointment to a later date. Please contact us in advance to arrange a new time.
- What happens if I miss my appointment?
- Failure to attend without prior notice may result in forfeiture of your payment. If you can't make it, reach out to us beforehand and we'll help you reschedule.
- What are your opening hours?
- We are closed on Mondays. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 09:00–20:00. Sunday: 13:00–20:00.
- Do you sell gift cards?
- Yes — Polaris Beauty Lounge gift cards can be purchased online and redeemed against any of our treatments.

- Polaris Beauty Lounge is a full-service unisex salon in Accra offering braids, hair styling, ladies' and kids' haircuts, a barber shop, hair care, wigs and wig installation, nail salon services, eyelash extensions, facials, waxing, massage and spa treatments. - Is Polaris Beauty Lounge a unisex salon?
- Yes. Polaris Beauty Lounge is a unisex salon — we welcome women, men and children, with dedicated services for each, from braids and nails to men's grooming and kids' haircuts.
- Do you have a barber shop for men and children?
- Yes. Our barber shop offers professional haircuts, fades, beard grooming, line-ups, and grooming services for men and boys.
- Do you do children's haircuts?
- Yes, we offer kids' haircuts. We're a family-friendly unisex salon, so you can book appointments for children alongside adults.
- Do you offer braids, twists and cornrows?
- Yes — braiding is one of our specialities, including box braids, passion twists, cornrows and bonestraight braids. Each style is listed individually online with its price and estimated duration, so you can book exactly the look you want.
- Do you offer nail salon services?
- Yes. Our nail salon provides manicures, pedicures, acrylic nails, gel nails, nail extensions, nail art, and luxury nail care treatments.
- Do you offer eyelash extension services?
- Yes. Our eyelash salon specializes in classic lashes, hybrid lashes, volume lashes, lash refills, and other lash enhancement services.
- What massage services do you provide?
- Our massage spa offers relaxing and therapeutic massage treatments designed to reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, and promote overall wellness. We offer deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, hot stone massage and Swedish massage.
- Do you provide waxing and hair removal services?
- Yes. We offer professional waxing and hair removal services for the face and body, helping clients achieve smooth and long-lasting results.
- Do you sell wigs and provide wig installation services?
- Yes. We offer quality wigs, wig customization, frontal installations, closure installations, wig revamping, and professional wig styling services.
- Do you have professional spa services?
- Yes. Our spa services include relaxing massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies designed to help you look and feel your best.
- Do you accept walk-ins, or do I need to book?
- We recommend booking online so your preferred time is guaranteed and your stylist is ready for you. Walk-ins are welcome too, but are subject to availability — booking ahead is the surest way to be seen.
- How long will my appointment take?
- It depends on the service. Every treatment shows an estimated duration when you book — for example, manicures take around 30 minutes, while braided styles often take an hour or more. Check the service details for the time to allow.
- Can I pay with mobile money?
- Yes. Online payments are processed securely through Paystack, which supports mobile money. All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
- How do I redeem a gift card?
- Enter your gift card code at checkout when booking online, or present it at the salon. A gift card holds a cash value you can spend on any service — in full or in part — and any remaining balance stays on the card for your next visit.
- Can I book more than one service in a single visit?
- Yes. You can book multiple services for the same visit, and we also offer packages that combine popular treatments at a better price — look out for these when browsing our services.
